1. 接受条款 | Acceptance of Terms

BaMai应用程序由INTHEPOND Australia Pty Ltd公司设计开发。通过下载、安装或使用BaMai应用程序，您同意受本用户协议的约束。如果您不同意这些条款，请不要使用本应用程序。

The BaMai application is designed and developed by INTHEPOND Australia Pty Ltd. By downloading, installing, or using the BaMai application, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this application.

2. 应用程序性质 | Nature of the Application

BaMai是一款基于传统中医理论的脉象模拟和健康追踪应用程序。本应用：

BaMai is a pulse simulation and health tracking application based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) theory. This application:

• 提供脉象模拟功能，帮助用户了解中医脉诊基础知识 | Provides pulse simulation features to help users learn basic TCM pulse diagnosis knowledge
• 记录用户的脉象数据用于个人健康追踪 | Records user pulse data for personal health tracking
• 基于《黄帝内经》等传统中医典籍提供健康建议 | Provides health suggestions based on traditional TCM texts such as the Yellow Emperor's Classic of Internal Medicine (Huangdi Neijing)
• 不需要用户注册，可直接使用 | Does not require user registration and can be used directly

3. 健康建议来源与限制 | Sources and Limitations of Health Advice

本应用提供的健康建议主要基于以下传统中医典籍：

Health advice provided by this application is primarily based on the following traditional TCM texts:

• 《黄帝内经》(Yellow Emperor's Classic of Internal Medicine)
• 《脉经》(The Pulse Classic)
• 《濒湖脉学》(Binhu's Studies on Pulse)
• 其他经典中医文献 | Other classical TCM literature

4. 用户责任 | User Responsibilities

作为BaMai的用户，您同意：

As a user of BaMai, you agree to:

• 理解本应用仅用于教育和个人健康追踪目的 | Understand that this app is for educational and personal health tracking purposes only
• 不将本应用作为医疗诊断或治疗的依据 | Not use this app as a basis for medical diagnosis or treatment
• 在有健康问题时及时咨询专业医疗人员 | Consult professional medical personnel promptly when health issues arise
• 正确使用应用程序功能 | Use the application features correctly

5. 无用户注册政策 | No User Registration Policy

BaMai采用无需注册的使用模式：

BaMai operates under a no-registration-required model:

• 用户无需创建账户即可使用所有功能 | Users can access all features without creating an account
• 应用程序不提供用户注册或登录功能 | The application does not provide user registration or login features
• 所有数据仅存储在用户设备本地 | All data is stored locally on the user's device only
• 我们不收集、存储或处理任何个人身份信息 | We do not collect, store, or process any personal identification information

6. 免责声明 | Disclaimer of Warranties

BaMai按"现状"提供，不提供任何明示或暗示的保证。我们不保证：

BaMai is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee:

• 应用程序的准确性、可靠性或完整性 | The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the application
• 健康建议的有效性或适用性 | The effectiveness or applicability of health advice
• 应用程序不会中断或无错误 | That the application will be uninterrupted or error-free

7. 责任限制 | Limitation of Liability

在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用或无法使用BaMai而产生的任何直接、间接、偶然、特殊或后果性损害承担责任。

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use BaMai.

8. 协议修改 | Agreement Modifications

我们保留随时修改本用户协议的权利。重大变更将通过应用程序内通知的方式告知用户。继续使用应用程序即表示接受修改后的条款。

We reserve the right to modify this User Agreement at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users through in-app notifications. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
